If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


All Returns must be sent to 15 Allington Drive, Great Coates, Grimsby, DN37 9ff. (Not the unit address.)

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging with all fixtures and fittings.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will also need to put your details including name, address and contact number as well as details of reasons for return in the box of the returned item.


Once we receive your item, we will need to inspect it, this may take a couple of days so please allow 48hrs once we have received your item for us to contact you . If your item is lost in transit you will be made accountable for its loss and a refund cannot be processed until the item is received. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. However if the item is not in good working order, a full refund will NOT be applicable, or if the item is returned as unused but in a used condition.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please note this is not always instant and can sometimes take up to several days dependent on the card provider.

 Once a product has been fitted, the product has thus been accepted and unless proven to be faulty, no refund will be issued. Please make though rough inspections of your item prior to installation or use.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If your item is lost in transit you will be made accountable for its loss and a refund cannot be processed until the item is received, we suggest that returns are sent tracked and/or signed for.

If one of our products has been damaged on route to our customer, providing the customer refuses the item at the point of delivery we can then issue a full refund. If the customer notices damages to the item once it has been accepted from the courier, if photographic proof of the packaging and damaged product are sent immediately (within 48hrs) this too can be refunded.

Shipping costs vary.

Before purchase please note that Lr challenge products include free postage to mainland UK only, this excludes highland and Irelands.

Additional cost will incur if your address is classed as highlands and Irelands.

We are happy to ship world wide however again, please check with our postage team at before purchase.

Some items are sent on a pallet and may require a signature on delivery.


Bearmach products are subject to an additional’ £8 postage on all of there items to mainland UK.
